Shipping times below are estimates and start after processing:
- Canada: 7 to 10 business days
- United States: 6 to 12 business days
- Australia: 8 to 15 business days
Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, or high volume periods.
3. Carriers
Canadian orders ship via Canada Post. International orders may ship via Canada Post, USPS, Australia Post, or other local carriers depending on the destination.
4. Tracking and Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
